Biographical Note
He was born in 1925 in Piraeus, Greece. He was obtained Doctor of Philosophy (Bonn, 1960), of Political Sciences (Cologne, 1962) and of Theology (Athens, 1966). He was Assistant Professor of Sociology of Religion and Culture in the Univ. of Cologne (1966-1972) and Professor of Sociology and Culture in the Univ. of Bonn (1970-1985). He died in 1990 in Bonn.
